Child safety policy

Prohibited conduct

• Sexual content involving a child, grooming or sexual solicitation.
• Requests for a child’s private contact details, school or exact location.
• Exploitation, trafficking, coercion, threats or credible danger.
• Sharing intimate, humiliating or identifying child imagery without lawful authority.
• Attempts to bypass guardian visibility, blocks or moderation.

Reporting

Report suspected child-safety, security or abuse issues through the in-product flow or contact@kinavela.com with “Urgent child safety” or “Security report”. Do not attach or redistribute illegal child sexual-abuse material. Provide only the minimum needed to identify the account or content.

Handling and escalation

Reports are triaged as soon as reasonably practicable; no response-time SLA is guaranteed. Urgent reports are prioritised and content may be restricted while reviewed. For immediate danger, contact emergency services and the child-protection or law-enforcement authority where the danger occurs. Kinavela is not an emergency service.

Offline meeting guidance

Before a first firm RSVP or confirmed in-person meeting, an adult must acknowledge public-first meeting, child supervision, controlled exact-address sharing, no sharing of a child’s school/direct contact details, block/report use and emergency escalation. This does not transfer guardian responsibility to Kinavela.

Guardian controls

Guardians control child visibility and can request access, correction or deletion in Settings or through privacy@kinavela.com.
